About Me

Hi, I’m Aaron Bias, the founder of Body Blueprint!

Fitness has always been a central part of my life. From playing sports to powerlifting, bodybuilding, gaining muscle, and losing fat, I’ve spent years training my body and learning what it takes to achieve real results. But my journey isn’t just about personal success—it’s about sharing that success with others.

It all started when I began training my friends. I saw firsthand the incredible impact I could have on their lives, helping them transform their bodies, gain confidence, and reach their fitness goals. That experience sparked something in me. I realized that everyone should have the opportunity to experience those results, regardless of their fitness level or busy lifestyle.
